Eden's 1st birthday

Here's a couple of pics from Eden's birthday trip to the farm!! She was very sceptical at first, but then started to really enjoy herself, despite the freezing cold and biting wind!

18th July 2005...

That is the due day for the second little howes that God has blessed us with! Yep for all of you that didn't know -Eden's going to be a big sister... Life is such a precious gift, and we can't wait to see the next little one.

I went to the 12 week scan on Tuesday, only to find out that I'm almost 14 weeks allready. The picture of the baby was so clear, Nick has promised me that he will scan it in for you all to have a look! Time to start betting; boy or girl?!? My sister Eva was about the only one that was right last time so this can be your chance. No cravings yet or a tummy to give you any clues at all!

Well that was the happy news from the howes-house, except for all you who are interested; one of my cysts has dissapeared, and we're expecting the other on to do the same!

Back to Coventry

We landed back on British soil on yesterday our our good friend Rich Houghton picked us up and brought us back to our house in Coventry - bizarre coming home after what feels like a really long time away. Time to adjust back to life here, cooking for ourselves (!), going to work, shopping for practical stuff etc.

Silje is out tonight at the Potters Green cell group and I'm in with Eden, who has just stopped crying now and seems to be asleep. Think i'll spend the rest of the evening calling church friends in Coventry to get back in touch and then later maybe watch the footy highlights before bed!
